Tag Swaps 2013

Craftmate Store had organized another activity for paper crafters.
This round was "tag swaps" with no fixed theme. Each person are assigned with 2 partners. I had to do 2 different or same design to my 2 partners while waiting for 2 surprises from 2 different partners.

These are the tags which I received from my surprise partners. Lovely design isn't it.

Material: Acid free card stock for acrylic painting (360gsm) & Twine
Distress ink: Vintage Photo
Technique: Watercolor & Stamping. (2nd photo: 2 times water coloring technique to made this effect.)

Clear stamp: Botanical from Kaiser

Material: Acid free card stock for acrylic painting (360gsm) & Twine
Distress ink: Worn Lipstick & Faded Jeans
Technique: Basic inking + mixing, water splotching & stamping
Clear stamp: Botanical from Kaiser

A simple one for my partners. Guess my skills are improved a lot right? Stay tuned.

Valentine's Day Card Swap 2013

This year I joined one of the card swap event organized by Craftmate Store in Malaysia.
I was so excited with this event as it is my first time to participate.

Everyday I have been waiting for my card from assigned partner & it came at last due to festive season is just around the corner.

This is the love card which I received from my assigned partner. Love how she has designed it. Simple & lovely.

Chinese New Year 2013

Hi everyone

I am back after long holiday just to celebrate Chinese New Year.
It was fun & enjoyable to meet all my relatives during these time.

As I have my very own personal objective & passion in crafts, I made Chinese New Year cards to my close friends & relatives. Some of my friends did not receive it. Sorry, if you did not receive it, I would said it went missing. ^_^ Well, every festive seasons is like that right? Hehehe...

Next year? Hmmmmm..... I may consider one of my cousin's idea. Stay tuned for next CNY & it will be at my "Kai Ma" place to get the gift ya. I would have a little trouble or out of idea what to give to male.... Anyone can suggest? ^_^
