I have choose an image from A Day For Daisies - Strawberry Cake Birthday Fairy. 

My inspiration card:

1. Acid free card stock & patterned papers.
2. Image from A Day For Daisies - Strawberry Cake Birthday Fairy. Colored with Derwent Inktense. Added glitter for sparkling effects.
3. Prima flowers.

4. Washi tape.
5. Doodle a star with gold/orange glitter pen to have an effect of sparkling & also colored the fairy wand.
6. Make faux stitch the corner of the image.

For the next card, I have choose 2 digis from Fresh Brewed Designs - Perfect Blend Sentiment & You're a Star Cupcake.
